ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Processing Time : Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday.
Order Deadline : 23:00 (UTC+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Paris).
Weekend Orders : Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
Shipping costs:
- For France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland: Free shipping on all orders.

Change of delivery address :
We are unable to change the shipping address once it is in transit. If you need to change the shipping location of your order, please contact us within one day of placing your order at support@ovenco.fr
Order Cancellation Policy:
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is dispatched (ideally within 12 hours). If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
No request to cancel your order can be taken into account if it has already been processed.
A large majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us within this time frame, so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.
Address error:
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us very quickly to specify a modification. The latter can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses...).
In these latter cases, these packages can be returned to us, but not always.
If your order is returned to sender, we will offer you a refund of your order less shipping costs or we will offer you a reshipment, at your choice.
You are not eligible for reshipment or refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.
Packages damaged in transit:
If you notice that a package is damaged during transport, please, if possible , reject the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without you being present, please contact customer service: support@ovenco.fr

Return policy :
We accept returns* for any reason! Whether you are unhappy or have simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 30 days from the moment you receive your products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill out this Return Form. Sign it and then send it with your package to the address we will provide when you write to our support.
